What we think
RY4 has been around for about as long as vaping has, and Hangsen's version is a good one. You get a light, slightly smoky tobacco on the inhale, then caramel and a bit of vanilla come through on the exhale and stick around between puffs. It's sweet, but the tobacco keeps it from going sickly. If you find it a touch too sweet for all day use, have a look at RY6, which is the same idea dialled back a bit.

Which strength should you go for?
This is a freebase e-liquid and comes in 0mg, 6mg, 12mg and 18mg. Freebase gives you more of a throat hit than nic salts, which a lot of ex smokers actually like. As a rough guide, if you smoked 20 a day or more try 18mg, around 10 to 20 a day try 12mg, and lighter smokers usually get on with 6mg or 3mg. There’s a 0mg version too if you’ve come off nicotine altogether.
What kit is it best in?
It’s a high PG juice (30VG/70PG), so it’s quite thin. That means sharp flavour and a decent throat hit, and it soaks into small MTL coils really quickly. It’s at its best in an MTL tank or starter kit with a coil of 1.0 ohm or above. Some pod kits are made for thicker 50/50 liquids and can leak a bit with high PG, so it’s worth checking yours first.
