3mg is a low strength, 3mg of nicotine in every ml, so about 30mg in a 10ml bottle. It's usually the last step before 0mg.

Our 3mg liquids are all 10ml freebase, either 30VG/70PG (Hangsen) or 50/50 (Edge Core). They're fine in MTL tanks, starter kits and pod kits.
